Mindfulness in the Moment session with Lecturer Sandra Docherty 

Every Friday from 12-1pm

These sessions are open for all WCS students to participate in and will be delivered through Microsoft Teams.

During the sessions Sandra will guide you in a variety of techniques including:

  • Positive affirmations
  • Visualisation
  • Tapping.
  • Self-Massage
  • Mindfulness using breath and sound
  • Body Scan
