November 25 was the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and marks the beginning of 16 Days of Action, where men are asked to a wear a white ribbon, and pledge never to commit, excuse or remain silent about male violence against women.

Iain FS, Director Student Services and Communities, has pledged his support to the campaign on behalf of WCS.

“We all need to take a stand about male violence against women, and I hope that staff and students will support this campaign”.

White ribbons are available from Reception at each of the main campuses for a suggested donation of £1.00. For more information about the campaign, or if you would like to take the pledge, visit  https://www.whiteribbon.org.uk/
