Administrative & Marketing Assistant
Piazza Shopping Centre, Paisley
Salary circa £20,000 per annum
Full Time

 

Main Role

Assisting the Centre Manager in all aspects of Administration and Marketing for the Centre and day to day running of the Centre.

 

Key Duties

  • Assisting the Centre Manager in writing reports and analysing data
  • Arranging and managing promotional events
  • Assessing the results of a marketing campaign
  • Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
  • Managing relationships with tenants and external parties
  • Continue to develop the Shopping Centre brand
  • Create and implement effective campaigns across email, digital and social media
  • Manage social media network, including writing copy and analysing metrics
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to assist with the smooth running of the centre

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous marketing experience is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills are essential
  • Strong ability to self-organize, prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and “make things happen” attitude
  • Excellent social media skills and managing social media networks including content writing and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Creativity
