Mindfulness in the Moment session with Lecturer Sandra Docherty
Every Friday from 12-1pm
These sessions are open for all WCS students to participate in.
During the sessions Sandra will guide you in a variety of techniques including:
- Positive affirmations
- Visualisation
- Tapping.
- Self-Massage
- Mindfulness using breath and sound
- Body Scan
