By default, your password will be set to your date of birth, in the format of DDMMYYYY (e.g. 14082001)

If you need your password reset, please ask a Student Advisor. Library staff can also reset your password. Please bring your Student Card or other form of ID with you when asking for a password reset.

Enabling Services (es@wcs.ac.uk)

Enabling Services is for students requiring extra help or support with their studies, or who need access to assistive technologies, readers or scribes. Students who use Enabling Services in those with visual or hearing impairments; specific learning difficulties, for example dyslexia or dyspraxia; autistic spectrum disorder; physical or medical conditions or mental health issues

If at any point you would like to speak to a Student Counsellor, please email us or, in confidence, ask a Student Advisor to arrange an appointment. We see students about lots of different issues. If you would like to talk to someone, please do get in touch.

Care Leavers and Students in Care (Corporate.Parent@wcs.ac.uk)

Each year we support around 150 young students who are living in care, or have experience of being in care (e.g. foster care, residential Care, living with a relative, living at home). The kind of support we provide as a Corporate Parent is based on what our young people tell us works for them. It’s different for everyone. To find out more, email us or ask a Student Advisor.

Safeguarding and Welfare Concerns (safeguarding@wcs.ac.uk)

If you have any concerns whatsoever about the welfare of another, including risk of harm or abuse which is emotional, physical, neglect or sexual, please email safeguarding@wcs.ac.uk or speak to your CQL, Guidance Tutor, Student Advisor or any other member of staff.
