Log IT – via our TechTeam Form!
Our Student TechTeam Service is live and they’re here to help – but you must LOG your issue via the TechTeam form so our team have all the information they need to resolve your issue.
Please note, resolution of your issue will depend on the nature of the issue and TechTeam workload. They’ll try their best to get back to you as soon as they can.
Please remember to only log an issue if it is IT related. For example, if you are experiencing the following issues –
- Issues with a College device
- A problem with your own device that’s affecting your studies
- Issues with logging onto College IT Accounts (such as Moodle or Office 365)
- Connectivity issues whilst on campus
