Looking after yourself has never been more important!
West College Scotland cares and we recognise these challenging times, so we’ve put together some useful resources that we hope can support your wellbeing and mental health, including: mindfulness techniques, fitness tips and resources for home schooling.
In addition to this Time4U offers one-to-one counselling sessions with a qualified and experienced counsellor, where you’ll be listened to in confidence, will not be judged, will be helped to understand the way you feel and offered support to explore and find ways to move forward that works for you.
And for those looking for something a little less formal our ‘Helping Hand’ support sessions provide an informal platform for you to have a chat about how you are feeling, any worries or concerns you may have or just to get a little reassurance and encouragement during these challenging times.
