Thinking about your next step?

Job or study? Why not have both?

With The Open University’s flexible study methods and part-time
degrees, you don’t have to choose between a career or qualification,
your job or family commitments – you can do both.

Every year The Open University helps thousands of college students
turn their existing HNC or HND into full degrees.

Using innovative teaching methods and study materials that bring
learning to life, you will learn at a time and place that suits you
through course books, on-line resources, DVDs, face-to-face and online
tutorials.

Students usually study 60 credits per year. A 60 credit module will
typically require 16-18 hours of study per week for the duration of the
module (usually October – June).

If you plan to study 30 or 60 Credits (at undergraduate level) and
your personal income, including replacement living-cost benefits is
£25,000 a year or less you will qualify for a FREE place. SAAS is
now open if you wish to apply for the part-time fee grant.
